Who we are

MakePrint is a product of Velorabyte, Surat, India. Questions about this policy go to info@velorabyte.com.

What we collect

• Shop pre-registration: shop name, your name, mobile number, city and area, and whatever optional details you add (email, pincode, services, printers, hours, notes). We use it to contact you, set up your shop before launch, and plan which areas to open first.
• Launch list: your email and, optionally, your city. We use it to send one launch announcement and occasional pre-launch updates. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
• Site analytics: page views and clicks with the page, referrer, UTM tags, device type, browser, operating system, approximate location (country/city from your network), screen size and language. Visitors are counted using a daily-rotating hash of your IP address and browser — we do not set analytics cookies and we cannot identify you from it.
• Technical logs: standard server logs (IP address, request time, status) kept briefly for security and debugging.

What we do not do

• We do not sell or rent your details.
• We do not show ads or share your data with ad networks.
• We do not call or message you for anything unrelated to MakePrint.

Where it is stored

Data is stored in a MongoDB database and processed by our hosting providers (currently Vercel for the website and our API host). Emails are sent through our email provider. Providers only process data on our instructions.

How long we keep it

• Pre-registration and launch-list data: until launch onboarding is complete, then up to 12 months.
• Analytics events: 13 months, then deleted automatically.
• You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time.

Your choices

Email info@velorabyte.com from the address you registered with to access, correct or delete your information. We will act within 7 working days.

Changes

When the MakePrint app launches, its own privacy policy covers orders, files and payments. We will update the date above whenever this page changes.
